The predicted salary is between 18500 - 20000 £ per year.

Hours: Full: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Pay: £89.38 - £95 per day (depending on experience)

Available with immediate start once cleared for work. Can support in all year groups.

ESSENTIAL criteria (the candidate MUST have):

  • Experience working in a childcare setting.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Good behaviour management skills.
  • Available to work as soon as the children return to school.
  • Experience & ability to plan/deliver suitable learning activities.

  • Willing to travel.

Must have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one.

As a Teaching Assistant at this Primary School, your role will be to work with the Teacher, engaging in lessons to instil a love of learning in the children. This school is very inclusive and focuses on ensuring that all children have equal access to learning. The Primary school hopes to find a dedicated and talented Teaching Assistant who has an innovative, forward-thinking teaching style. You will be expected to inspire the children alongside managing their behaviour in and out of the classroom.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
