Level 3 Teaching Assistant Middlesbrough Are you a qualified and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and inclusive school? A friendly primary school in Middlesbrough is currently seeking a dedicated TA to join their team and provide high-quality support to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. Location: Middlesbrough Start Date: ASAP Position: Full-time (long-term cover) Level 3 Teaching Assistant About the Role: Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning support Provide targeted interventions through 1:1 and small group work Support behaviour management and promote a positive classroom environment Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and daily routines Encourage and support pupils in achieving their academic and personal potential What We re Looking For: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience working within a primary school setting A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting pupils Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to promoting children s learning, inclusion, and wellbeing This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a welcoming and dynamic school community.
