We are currently recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join supportive and welcoming primary schools across Wimbledon, Merton and Streatham. These are full-time, long-term opportunities ideal for confident TAs who are ready to take on additional responsibility and play a key role in pupil progress.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention support
  • Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD or SEMH
  • Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  • Deliver targeted interventions in phonics, reading or maths
  • Occasionally lead small groups or cover the class where required
  • Support behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCo and leadership

Roles may be classroom-based or SEN-focused depending on your experience.
