We are currently recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join supportive and welcoming primary schools across Wimbledon, Merton and Streatham. These are full-time, long-term opportunities ideal for confident TAs who are ready to take on additional responsibility and play a key role in pupil progress.

About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention support
- Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD or SEMH
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Deliver targeted interventions in phonics, reading or maths
- Occasionally lead small groups or cover the class where required
- Support behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers, SENCo and leadership
Roles may be classroom-based or SEN-focused depending on your experience.
