Location: Northampton

Hours: Flexible hours - part time and full time

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in some of our lovely local nurseries and EYFS nursery settings. This role is perfect for someone who currently works in a nursery / primary setting and wants to gain more experience and develop in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Support children using the EYFS framework and National Curriculum
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Support the class teacher / room leader in delivering outstanding education
  • Activities / lessons
  • Small group / working 1:1 with students who need additional support
  • Creating routines for the children to follow

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is Level 3 trained
  • Experience working in a range of year groups in the nursery / EYFS setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Safeguarding training
  • A passion and dedication for making a difference in children's development and education
