Overview

Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant – Locations Cornwall. Full-time | Part-time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities. Competitive Daily Rate: £89.38 – £120 depending on hours and experience.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the daily care and development of children aged 0-5
  • Assisting with activities, routines, feeding, and personal care
  • Helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
  • Working as part of a team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families
  • Observing and recording children\’s progress to support their learning journey

What We\’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
  • Experience in nursery or early years settings
  • A proactive, caring, and hands-on approach
  • Paediatric First Aid (desirable – training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
