  • Support the planning and delivery of fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe and monitor children's development, keeping accurate records.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A caring, patient, and positive approach.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
