Teaching Personnel
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator (or DfE-recognised equivalent qualification) to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care and early education to children aged [0–5]. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing Observe, assess, and record children’s progress Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure safeguarding and health safety policies are maintained at all times Promote inclusion and equal opportunities for all children Contribute to planning and continuous improvement of the setting Requirements Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (full and relevant) OR DfE-approved equivalent Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection Good communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for working with young children Desirable: Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting What We Offer Competitive salary and holiday entitlement Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and welcoming team environment Pension scheme [Any additional benefits – e.g., staff discounts, wellbeing support] All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
