Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming school community north of Amesbury from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to providing high‑quality learning experiences and nurturing support for young children within an engaging and inclusive environment.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have a passion for delivering high‑quality and exciting opportunities for children
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with pupils, staff and parents
  • Have experience working with pre‑school aged children
  • Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Children’s Care and Learning
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Be self‑motivated, dedicated and consistent in their approach
  • Have the ability to respond positively to new and challenging situations
  • Be a strong team player who can also work independently using their own initiative
  • Demonstrate a warm, caring, positive and flexible attitude towards children
