Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in class on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Help pupils stay engaged, confident and motivated
  • Support children with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs (depending on placement)
  • Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

What we are looking for

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children or young people in a school or education setting
