Teaching Personnel are working closely with fantastic secondary schools in the Corby and Kettering areas who are looking to appoint Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
These are long-term, full-time roles with the opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning and development.
The Role:
Supporting pupils across a range of abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
Working with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
Providing one-to-one and small group support
Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with general classroom duties and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – essential
Previous experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning
