Year 4 Teaching Assistant β Rossendale (BB4)

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded primary school in the BB4 area of Rossendale from September until the end of the academic year. This school has exceptionally high expectations for both staff and pupils and is seeking a proactive, driven, and committed Teaching Assistant who can support high standards of teaching and learning across the classroom.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Have recent experience working within Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4
- Be confident delivering and supporting small-group interventions
- Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team whilst using their own initiative
- Be passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
