The Role
- Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assist with personal care and daily routines where required.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
- Promote children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and development at all times.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid qualification (essential).
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred).
- Have previous experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting.
- Have a sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
- Are caring, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting young children.
- Have, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
