We’re looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a vibrant and inclusive mainstream secondary school in the L4 area of Liverpool. You’ll be part of a passionate team committed to providing high-quality support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they are engaged, confident, and ready to succeed.
Your Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment by:
- Providing individual and small group support to students with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
- Supporting students within lessons and around the school, helping them to access the curriculum and develop key life skills.
- Encouraging independence and building students’ confidence and self-esteem.
- Adapting resources and strategies to meet each learner’s needs.
- Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and parents to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Helping to monitor progress and contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) where appropriate.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in supporting students with SEN (preferred, but not essential).
