Teaching Personnel is looking for a LSA to join a diverse, inclusive 11–16 secondary in North Bristol. With around 925 students, the school are proud of their strong pastoral care, rich community languages, and our commitment to equality, anti-racism and wellbeing.

You will join a dynamic SEND team, helping students with additional needs to thrive both in class and through targeted interventions.
You will:
Support students with a range of SEND needs, including literacy, numeracy, communication and SEMH.
Work 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and independence.
Collaborate closely with teachers and the SENDCo to remove barriers to learning.
You bring:
Empathy, patience and enthusiasm for inclusive education.
Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
Experience or interest in SEND support (training provided).
