Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Liverpool, seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional learning needs (e.g., SEND, SEMH, or EAL).
  • Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students both academically and emotionally to ensure they reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (ideally in a school setting).
