We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision in Lancing, supporting secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This setting provides a supportive and structured environment for students who have struggled to engage in mainstream education, often due to behavioural challenges. The role is both rewarding and demanding, requiring patience, consistency, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.

The Role:
