SEMH Teaching Assistant - Lancaster (LA2) A small, specialist SEMH provision in the Lancaster (LA2) area is looking to appoint an additional Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from October half-term. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who require a nurturing, trauma-informed approach to education. The setting provides a safe and supportive environment for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.. The Role Full-time, Monday to Friday Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm Term-time only Starting from October half-term Long-term position with the potential to become permanent The Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone with experience supporting children, young people or adults with SEMH needs. This experience may have been gained within education, care, youth work, mental health services, residential settings, support work or other relevant backgrounds.
