Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lancaster from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin their teaching journey and experienced teachers seeking their next challenge.
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment while working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and wider school staff.
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress effectively.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents.
- Supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- A passion for primary education and supporting pupil achievement.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
