Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner looking to expand your experience within a school setting?

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to support primary-aged children (4–11 years) across schools in the Lancaster area.

This opportunity is ideal for those looking to broaden their experience across the education sector, gain a deeper understanding of the needs of school‑aged children and increase their working hours with consistent Monday to Friday work.

The Role

  • Supporting children within the classroom environment.
  • Working with small groups to encourage learning and development.
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional assistance.
  • Supporting pupils within a resource base – a specialist provision within a mainstream school that provides tailored support for children with additional needs while enabling them to access mainstream education where appropriate.
  • Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
