Maths Teacher – Dudley - Secondary School

Location: Dudley

Contract Type: Temporary / Supply

Hours: Full-Time

Daily Rate: £140.00–£250.00 per day

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Maths Teachers to support secondary schools across Dudley with day-to-day supply cover and short-term teaching bookings. Due to increasing demand from local schools, we have a variety of flexible opportunities available for teachers who can confidently deliver Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Assignments may range from daily cover to short-term placements covering staff absence and timetable gaps. This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, varied classroom experience or a better work-life balance.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Support students in developing confidence and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain strong classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles
  • Follow school policies and lesson plans provided
  • Provide feedback to departments where required

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Maths within UK secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A reliable, flexible and professional approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
