Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a warm and inviting two-form entry primary school in the BL1 area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to providing engaging and inspiring learning experiences for pupils.
The Role
- Full-time Year 3 teaching position
- Long-term opportunity within a supportive and welcoming school

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Has experience teaching in Year 3, although applications are also welcomed from teachers with experience in Year 2 or Year 4
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and a passion for primary education
- Is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
