Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated, creative, and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in South Molton. As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Support pupils in developing early reading, writing, and maths skills
- Use phonics effectively to support early literacy development
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents
- Implement effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- A positive, patient, and flexible approach
