We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate KS1 SEN Teacher to join one of our SEN Schools in Reading from September 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is suitable for teachers with SEN or Primary experience who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs. We have multiple roles currently available for Reading and the surrounding areas (Thatcham and Newbury).

The Role

  • You will be working closely with students who have complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support academic progress, communication, independence, and personal development.
  • The role also involves close collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure each pupil receives a holistic and inclusive education.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We welcome applications from individuals who hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or are motivated to pursue teacher training.
