Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and committed KS1 Primary Teacher to join a school based in Congleton in September 2025. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an ECT looking to start your teaching journey, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role:

  • Long-term/permanent
  • Opportunity to earn £30,000 to £40,000 (dependent on experience)

You will take responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support every child’s progress and well-being. Working closely with colleagues and parents, you\’ll contribute to a collaborative learning environment where pupils feel happy, safe, and motivated to learn.

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience working within a primary school is necessary (teacher placements included)
  • Strong behaviour management and knowledge of current teaching techniques
