About the Role

We are delighted at Teaching Personnel to be seeking a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 behaviour support for a Year 3 pupil. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 behaviour support to a Year 3 pupil, tailored to their individual needs and development.
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent, effective support strategies.
  • Encourage positive learning and social interactions to help build the pupil’s confidence and independence.
  • Support the class teacher with lesson delivery, adapting activities to meet the pupil’s specific needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote holistic development and ensure an inclusive learning environment.
