About the Role
- Supports classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
- Helps create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Provides 1‑1 support to students where needed, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
- Maintains the high expectations for learning and behaviour that the school holds
- Supports students in activities or interventions, building confidence and knowledge
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently while keeping a positive attitude
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with children in an education setting and a genuine interest in child development and learning
