Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

About the Role

  • Supports classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
  • Helps create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Provides 1‑1 support to students where needed, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Maintains the high expectations for learning and behaviour that the school holds
  • Supports students in activities or interventions, building confidence and knowledge

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently while keeping a positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with children in an education setting and a genuine interest in child development and learning
