Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in South West London from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about literature, language, and helping students develop strong communication skills.
About the Role
- Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3-KS5
- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
- Supporting students in preparation for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Monitoring and assessing student progress
- Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment
- Contributing to extracurricular and departmental activities
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Degree in English or a related subject
- Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
