About the Role
The role of a Primary Supply Teacher is dynamic, rewarding, and flexible. You will:
- Deliver engaging lessons in a variety of local schools
- Work with pre-set plans (though occasionally bring your own resources)
- Benefit from the support of some of Cambridgeshire’s top schools
- Work between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm only
- Choose the days you work – from 1 to 5 days a week
Whether you’re seeking short-term supply, long-term placements, or something more permanent – part-time or full-time – we’ll help you find the perfect fit. We also offer a Guaranteed Pay Scheme for qualifying candidates – so you’ll be paid even if we don’t place you on a particular day!
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant UK-recognised teaching qualification
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Availability of at least 1 day per week
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
