Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across KS3-KS4.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to stretch and challenge learners.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the English curriculum.
• Maintain excellent behaviour and strong classroom routines.
• Participate in department meetings, CPD, and whole-school initiatives.
• Support students' academic and personal development.
