Teaching Personnel are seeking confident, reliable, and experienced Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary Schools across Kent from September. We are partnering with a number of schools that are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide classroom supervision during teacher absences. About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged, on task, and working in a productive learning environment. You will supervise students across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and provide support to pupils where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students in a school, youth work, coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or similar setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Confidence leading a classroom and engaging groups of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time availability from September.
