The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting the delivery of engaging, inclusive learning experiences tailored to the complex needs of our pupils. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of creative, personalised learning activities
- Work closely with qualified teachers, therapists, and support staff

- Support pupils with personal care, mobility, and emotional regulation where required
- Use alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) strategies where appropriate
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to assessments, observations, and progress tracking
About You
