The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting the delivery of engaging, inclusive learning experiences tailored to the complex needs of our pupils. This role is ideal for someone considering a future career in teaching or SEND education, or for someone with relevant experience who is keen to develop their skills in a specialist setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of creative, personalised learning activities
- Work closely with qualified teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Adapt learning to meet a wide range of needs, including sensory, communication, and medical needs
- Support pupils with personal care, mobility, and emotional regulation where required
- Use alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) strategies where appropriate
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to assessments, observations, and progress tracking
About You
