Daily Rate: £168.80 – £261.78 (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the BD23 area, all seeking a talented Key Stage 1 or 2 Teacher to join their teams from September. These schools are known for their inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering creative, engaging, and high-quality lessons that inspire a love of learning. You’ll create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel motivated and supported to achieve their potential.

  • Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
  • Assess, track, and support pupil progress
  • Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic teacher who can build strong relationships and bring energy to the classroom:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply
  • Recent experience in UK Primary Schools
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
  • Experience or understanding of EAL learners (desirable)
  • Phonics knowledge and confidence with early reading strategies
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • A proactive, positive, and committed attitude
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
