Make a Difference in SEN Education – Join Our Team in Oxfordshire! Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and committed individuals to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the Oxfordshire area.

We are currently hiring for:

  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
  • Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is complete

Contract: Flexible options – long-term, short-term, and permanent roles available

About the Schools & Students: You’ll be working in welcoming, specialist SEN settings that support children and young people aged 5–18 with a variety of needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Moderate & Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
  • Sensory processing challenges

These schools provide a structured, nurturing environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their potential. Staff collaborate closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to support students.

(For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – SEN experience is desirable but not essential. No SEN experience? No problem! If you’re committed and eager to learn, we’ll provide full training and guidance.
