Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Newbury.

We are currently recruiting for:

  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
  • Teachers (Qualified long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available)

About the Schools:

  • 18 with a range of additional needs, including:
    • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
    • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
    • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
    • Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
    • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
    • Sensory processing difficulties
