Teaching Personnel is recruiting an Inclusion Support Assistant for Sunderland secondary schools, focusing on keeping vulnerable students engaged with mainstream education and preventing exclusions. The role operates within inclusion and pastoral teams, supporting at-risk students through targeted 1:1 and small group work and building strong relationships with complex pupils.
You will liaise with pastoral staff, the SENCO, families, and external agencies, maintain records, support reintegration.
