- We are looking to appoint a caring, resilient and proactive
Behaviour & Inclusion Worker to support pupils across our primary school. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Working closely with staff, you will support pupils with challenging behaviour, promote positive relationships, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs.
- Deliver targeted interventions and behaviour support strategies.
- Work alongside teachers to improve engagement, wellbeing and learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to behaviour support plans.
- Promote safeguarding and inclusion at all times.
Requirements
- Has experience working with children, ideally in a school or similar setting.
- Is calm, patient and resilient.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to supporting every child to succeed.
Experience of supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory pre-employment checks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
