What You'll Be Doing
As the ICT Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliable and secure IT services across the setting.
You’ll provide first‑line and second‑line technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, prepare devices for staff and pupils, and ensure systems remain operational with minimal disruption.
You’ll also assist with network maintenance, user account management, software installations, equipment upgrades and troubleshooting, while supporting staff with day‑to‑day technical queries.
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll help ensure technology remains an effective tool for learning and communication.
This is a varied role that requires someone who is organised, resourceful and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

We are searching for an experienced ICT professional who can step confidently into the role and make an immediate contribution.
Previous experience supporting IT systems within education or a similarly busy environment would be highly advantageous.
