Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our supportive specialist schools in the Hythe and Dibden area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people with additional needs reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support
- Assisting teachers in adapting activities and learning resources
- Supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Helping to promote positive behaviour strategies
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff to deliver personalised learning plans
