We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in the Hyde area from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a genuine difference to students’ learning, confidence, and wellbeing.

The Role

  • Support students on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Provide pastoral and emotional support to students
  • Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
