Contract: Flexible shift patterns
Pay Rate: £120 – £140 per day for supply (paid to scale for any roles involving planning)
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and adaptable Teachers, whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator, to work across a range of schools in Horsham and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across different year groups and subjects in line with school curriculum requirements
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning environment
- Assess, track and support pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity and high standards of teaching
- Be prepared to work across multiple schools within Crawley and nearby areas
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing ECT induction
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt quickly in new settings
- Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools
- Willingness to complete CPD and remain up to date with best practice
- Flexible, reliable and confident in communicating with staff and pupils
