Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a genuine difference every day? Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, resilient and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support pupils within a specialist Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) provision and wider secondary school setting.
You will work with pupils who may have ASC, Additional Learning Needs (ALN), communication difficulties, sensory needs, anxiety, and social-emotional challenges, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.
