Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? One of our partner primary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf is seeking a full-time Level 4 HLTA Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide high-quality support across the school.
About the Role:
- Support teaching and learning across the primary age range, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Lead whole-class learning activities in the absence of the teacher where required
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs (ALN)
- Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities to support pupil progress
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development within a nurturing classroom environment
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to pupil support plans
- Help promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all learners
Who We’re Looking For:
- Ideal candidates will hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant teaching assistant qualification
- Have experience working within a primary school setting
- Be confident supporting learning across different year groups
