Are you a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible opportunities within education? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed LSAs and HLTAs to work across a range of primary and secondary schools on a long-term, short-term, and day-to-day supply basis. Opportunities are available for experienced support staff as well as individuals looking to further develop their career within the education sector.

We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or within an educational setting
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (for HLTA roles)
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • Confidence supporting small groups, individual interventions, and classroom activities
