Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Southampton, who are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, offering consistency and the chance to make a real impact. The Role: As a HLTA, you\’ll be supporting teaching and learning across the school, delivering pre-prepared lessons, leading small group interventions, and occasionally covering classes in the teacher’s absence. You’ll work closely with class teachers and other support staff to ensure pupils are engaged, progressing well, and receiving the individualised attention they need.
