As an SEN Teacher, you’ll work with small groups or 1:1 learners across KS3 and KS4, delivering a flexible, engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs. Using multi‑sensory and innovative approaches, you’ll help pupils grow academically, socially and emotionally - building confidence every step of the way. You’ll collaborate closely with senior teaching staff to design innovative learning experiences that place wellbeing, inclusion and progress at the heart of everything you do.

  • Plan, deliver and review personalised learning programmes
  • Create engaging, creative lessons using a range of teaching approaches
