This role is perfect for an experienced HLTA or a highly skilled Teaching Assistant with an equivalent qualification who is ready to take on greater responsibility.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • No two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by:
  • Delivering lessons and supervising classes in the absence of the teacher.
  • Supporting students both in the classroom and through small-group interventions.
  • Working alongside teaching staff to help raise achievement and engagement.
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
  • Helping to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds a

HLTA qualification or an equivalent Level 4 qualification.

  • Has experience working with secondary school students .
  • Is confident leading a class and supporting learning across different subjects.
  • Builds strong relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Is adaptable, proactive and passionate about education.
