- Support and, where appropriate, lead whole-class learning under teacher direction

What We're Looking For
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Confidence leading learning activities independently
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND (including ASD, SEMH, or learning difficulties) would be advantageous, but is not essential.
