A large primary school in Birkenhead (CH41) is seeking an experienced HLTA to join their team on a fixed-term contract starting in February 2026 , continuing throughout the academic year, with the potential to become permanent.

The role involves providing cover for PPA time and staff absences across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 , so experience in both stages is highly desirable. The school is rated GOOD by Ofsted and enjoys an excellent reputation within the local community. As a larger-than-average school, it offers fantastic opportunities for professional development and career progression for ambitious educators.
