Epsom area 35 hours/week | Term time only | Temporary (up to 2 years) £30,647 FTE | Actual salary: £24,975 We’re looking for a dedicated HLTA to provide 1:1 support for a named student in a specialist SEND setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a young person’s life. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 support across specialist and mainstream settings Implement behavioural, communication, and sensory strategies Support learning under teacher guidance, promoting inclusion and wellbeing What You’ll Need: GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent) Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare CPD evidence (Desirable: experience in education/SEND) If you’re passionate about supporting SEND students and want to work in a nurturing, inclusive environment—apply now!
