Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a friendly and inclusive school in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
The Role:
- Providing classroom support across a range of subjects
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management
- Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Has previous experience in a school or educational setting
- Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about education
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is able to work effectively as part of a team
